How To Find Us

From the South (M1 Motorway)
  • Exit M1 at Junction 43 onto M621.
  • Continue on M621 for approximately 3.5 miles.
  • Exit M621 at Junction 2 and continue down the ramp until you reach a roundabout (Elland Road football stadium will be directly ahead).
  • Take the third exit onto the A643.
  • Stay in left lane on the A643, underneath a tunnel, until you meet another major roundabout.
  • Take the fourth exit onto the A58 - Wellington Road (signposted City Centre, Wetherby).
  • Continue on the A58 past the first turn off, keeping in the left hand lane for approximately 1/2 mile.
  • After going over a raised flyover, you will be able to see the building on the left-hand side of the road.
  • Take the next exit on the left marked Civic Precinct and Hospital (LGI), and continue up the slip road while moving over to the far left hand lane.
  • At the traffic lights, filter left onto Park Lane.
  • Please see the information on car parking if you require a parking space.
From the North (A1)
  • Exit A1 at Junction 45 onto York Road - (A64) towards Leeds Centre.
  • Continue straight ahead onto Leeds Inner Ring Road - A64(M).
  • Follow this road around passing the Halifax Bank on your right and running underneath a tunnel, while keeping in the left hand lane.
  • Turn left off the Inner Ring Road directly before the New Nuffield Hospital in the direction marked City Centre.
  • One Park Lane will be visible on your right-hand side.
  • The slip road will lead onto a one-way street. Get into the right-hand lane at the lights and follow the road round in a loop.
  • Remain in the right-hand lane and continue straight ahead onto Park Lane.
  • You will pass the building on your left.

From the East (M62)
  • Exit M62 at Junction 29 onto the M1 Northbound.
  • Follow instructions from the south (above).
From the West (M62)
  • Exit M62 at Junction 27 onto the M621.
  • Follow instructions from the south (above).
On Public Transport
  • The Leeds City Railway Station is within easy walking distance (please see directions below), and the Leeds Bradford International Airport is only a 15 minute drive to the North.
From Leeds Railway Station
  • Exit Leeds City Railway Station through the main exit and bear left onto New Station Street.
  • Turn left onto Wellington Street (the Queen’s Hotel will be on your left).
  • Continue down Wellington Street until you reach the Aireside Centre (Approximately 500 metres).
  • Turn right onto Queen Street and continue until you meet St Paul’s Street (passing Irwin Mitchell building on your left).
  • Turn left onto St Paul’s Street; One Park Lane will be directly in front of you.
  • Turn right at the end of St Paul’s street and use the footbridge to cross over the Inner Ring Road.

Important note for GPS in-car users:
If you are entering an address into your GPS system, please enter the address as 'Duncombe Street' as using 'One Park Lane' can confuse some GPS Software.
